On April the 8th, a group of friends gathered to do a fixed gear training in Barcelona. It was a kind of warmup of a Criterium that is to be organised in Barcelona.
We saw a big crowd show up, and spoke with the organisers (Marc de Venetian) the idea is to organise a Fixed Gear Criterium in Barcelona, and therefore join the only one to date, the Red Hook Crit. Unlike that one, the level for the new race will be more “accessible” to the public and all those who want or have a fixed gear bicycle with desire to compete may do so in this future Crit.
